Military

We have processed many components used in aerospace applications, large and small, complex and simple.  These components require the same strict standards as the mission critical military applications.  The materials processed using our waterjet cutting technology benefit from no heat affected zones (HAZ) and near net shape profiles, resulting in lower total machining costs.  Tight nesting patterns accompanied with a small kerf size give higher part yields and lower material cost per part. All aircraft alloys including chrome-moly steels (4130, 4340), titanium, aircraft quality aluminum (2024, 6061, 7075 grades) can profit from waterjet cutting.
